Kay's "No Palm Oil November" - FINAL INSTALLMENT

Well, I learned a lot about the production of palm oil – sustainable and definitely not sustainable and hope to have encouraged you, the reader, to support the producers who are doing their ethical bit towards sustainability.

I’d like to give stars and smiley faces to the following  : – Paterson-arran bakeries , Graham’s Dairies, Divine Chocolate and Iceland (the company, which does deliver, though not yet to Blairgowrie and Rattray - though if enough demand, perhaps will do).  I had very positive and friendly replies from Hovis Bread and Graham’s Dairies - and await a response from Cadbury Mondelez who, apart from topping the charts for Palm Oil use are also the 3rd highest polluter in terms of single use plastic.

Thanks so much to all who sponsored my efforts to avoid Palm oil in November and can say that’ as a result, Friends of the Earth Scotland have received £200 (and some gift aid) to continue their work.
